CANCELLATION POLICY

Aside from unexpected illness, medical emergency, or urgent family matters,  'no shows' and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the full appointment fee. In order to reschedule, full payment must be made at the time of scheduling in addition to fees for the missed appointment.  

When an appointment is scheduled for you, that time is reserved on the calendar for you only and is therefore not available for other patients. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, a week to three days notice is greatly appreciated so that that time may be made available to others.

APPOINTMENT FEES

When reserving your initial session, prepayment is required (via CC over the phone). Your appointment confirmation / receipt is emailed to you once the payment transaction has been completed. Initial acupuncture sessions include complete intake interview, health history, Chinese medicine diagnostics, informed consent and acupuncture treatment. Initial acupuncture sessions run anywhere from 90-120 minutes with a fee of $100. Follow up acupuncture visits are $100. Initial massage therapy sessions run for 75 minutes ($125) and involve intake, postural assessment and treatment.

 Credit, debit, check and cash accepted. 

$35 fee applied to returned checks.
